Hi, this is my personal website. This space is currently where I post recipes and also share what books I am reading. When I am not at my tiny computer, I am swimming, taking photos, or reading; I read a lot.
I like to establish processes — it’s a balm to my endless curiosity and interest in experimentation with other mediums. I enjoy trying to capture what I experience, enjoy or observe.
The recipes here include basic instructions my partner and I have refined based on experimentation and preferences. We often look for ingredients reflecting the culture and history of places we have traveled to or are curious to research. We enjoy using international ingredients; reading about familiar and esoteric foods is often educational. If you have general questions or feedback on the recipes shared, please get in touch.
